Snowing outside today and have some egg yolks left so used them to make egg tarts!!! Getting better this time since I can unmold tarts without sticking to mold. 🤣 But so fat I ate 3 just to see if I like it or not...lol😅

I was able to get 16 tarts dough so I had to use 1 1/2 custard recipe plus added two leftover yolks. I also used 85gr sugar. I think if you like sweeter then 90gr is good.
