I failed baking my swiss roll earlier today as it did not rise at all. I was not sastify even though it was still good to eat. Couldn't stop thinking about it so I prepared ingredients again to bake another. I prepared ingredients for 4 eggs recipe but decided to change to 5 eggs for a thicker cake for my 9x13 pan.
The result is great as cake is soft and fluffy. The only messed up I did was kept on checking on the skin while rolling. Not being careful and I cracked the cake! ðŸ˜
I also need to work on the temperature for a darker color too.
Will share recipe once I bake and confirm again. 😆
