One of the first macarons I baked for family is the tiramisu macarons. Our family love tiramisu cake and macarons. I have not bake both for almost a year now. I decided to bake some with the extra egg white from caneles. I still have not perfect the shape but taste is awesome! The shells is coffee flavor. Filling is made of coffee, mascarpone cheese, kahlua liqueur, sugar and butter. ๐๐๐
