Fruit Tarts with Cookie Crust

My last experiment with tart crust is the cookie crust. I am done with fruit tarts and now can move on to other bakes. Family likes the cookie crust since softer. But of course I will need to find a way to make a thinner crust on the base. Cookie crust is the closest crust to Wegmans fruit tart.😋
