Pork Floss Swissroll

I have not make this pork floss swissroll for a while now. This sweet and savory cake is so yummy. 😋







I used Suka Amelia's recipe since I wanted a larger cake so I can share with family and friends. I also beat the egg white to between soft and firm peak. Baked in a 12x12 inch pan at 365F for 20-25 minutes on second level until golden. Next time I'll try 375F and bake at a shorter time.

Mixed 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise with 1.5 tbsp condensed milk to spread on cake then add pork floss and reroll cake.
