I've been wanting to bake this raisin bread for a while now even before I visited Paris. When I was in Paris, I bought a few to try and it was good. However, I think it's even better baking and eating hot out of the oven. This bread is like a raisin custard crossaint, with flaky, buttery, soft and crispy on the outside. Glazed with orange marmalade syrup. Yummylious!😋
