Sichuan Double Cooked Fish

Trying out a new dish today since hubby went fishing and caught a striped bass. Didn't want to grill again so trying out double cooked method similar to double cooked pork belly. Saved some non spicy for kids while we eat the spicy one. So very yummy with rice!😋😋😋
