Durian Swissroll and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Having relatives over so decided to make some desserts for the kids. Baked durian swissroll and chocolate chips/macadamia cookies.

 Swissroll using Suka Amel hurricane recipe, except I whisk merginue to firm peak. Filling with durian and whipped cream. Roll, wrap and refrigerate over night for easier cutting.
Cookies recipe from biggerbolderbaking. Dough made nigh before. Take out leave room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hr. Divide into 2 batch. One add in semisweet chocolate and the other add in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Baked middle rack for 11 minutes.
