Orange Cotton Cheesecake

Another late night baking. Tonight I'm trying Jeannie Tay's orange cotton cheesecake (recipe). I started out with 5 eggs as stated in recipe but then I'm using 8x3 pan and feel my cake might be short so I added another egg. Then batter is so thin I feel I will get big cracks...so added more flour!!! Lol...I am so bad at following recipe.😵 Lucky cake turns out good with some small cracks and minimum shrinkage🤣 Will need to follow instructions next time.😅😅😅
