I must remember to drink coconut water - does it have to be from fresh coconut or can it be a processed coconut water from a juice carton or a can?
I drank the fresh coconut water after I was 35 months. I think you can drink the carton one if they're 100% coconut water. My baby is healthy and his head was pretty clean when he was born.
