In the mood to make assorted buns today. Made some ham egg and cheese, cheese burger, ham corn and cheese, and custard buns. Kids super happy to eat them. 😋
Baked a cake for daughter's 10th birthday. This year she able to help with the fondant flowers and butterflies. The cake filling with diplomat cream, swiss meringue buttercream for outer layer and decorations with fondant. I rarely use fondant so still need a lot of practice.🤣
