The markets around Spadina and Dundas (SE Asian markets) are best organized and some of them are even fruit only.<br /> In other ethnic areas (Indian area, African area) you can find other fruits, but they are in small mom and pop grocery stores that sell all kinds of stuff.<br /> The Indian ones carry Indian fruits like Amala (a disgusting fruit Physallis embilca or something like that), or Phalsa (supposedly very delicious, have not yet had it- Grewia asiatica),...<br /> The African ones might have whole cola pods as well as some African fruits (maybe Safu...).<br /> Sadly they are more scattered and not "fruit dedicated".<br /><br />BTW: my Thai Santol seedling seems to have been eaten by bugs (grrr....)Dan Shrivernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6389038925487522743.post-18680837149842025802010-09-20T14:19:08.769-04:002010-09-20T14:19:08.769-04:00I will go again...but might have to be next year. ...I will go again...but might have to be next year.
